These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of internexamprep.ca and the related ExAC study tools (the "Service") operated by Intern Exam Prep ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Intern Exam Prep is an independent, unofficial study tool. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Examination for Architects in Canada (ExAC), the Canadian Architectural Certification Board (CACB), or any provincial architectural association. Our questions are written to mirror the format and topics of the official exam, not to reproduce its content.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. Each account is for a single user. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Purchases and pricing
- Each ExAC section is $50, or all four sections in the Full Bundle for $150. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. There is no recurring charge.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases you have already made.
Access period
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, your access runs until December 31 of the calendar year in which you purchase, for both the bundle and individual sections. Your access stays active through that date once purchased.
Refunds
Because access to the question bank is granted immediately on purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please review the free sample questions before buying so you know what to expect.
Acceptable use
Your access is for your personal study only. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your login or the content, and you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish any part of the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse without refund.
Intellectual property
All content in the Service, including questions, explanations, study notes, text, and design, is owned by Intern Exam Prep and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation during your access period.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for study purposes only. We do not guarantee that using the Service will result in passing the ExAC or any exam, and we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the content for any particular purpose. Always rely on official sources and current references for authoritative information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intern Exam Prep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
